Everyone around me seems to be coming down with colds, so I thought this would be a good time go give out NRG’s guidelines for training with a common cold. As a general rule if your symptoms are ‘’above the neck’’ (including a running nose and sore throat) you can still exercise with caution, but reducing intensity and duration is a must. Symptoms below the neck including extreme fatigue, body aches and fevers, we at NRG suggest complete rest If your cold is very mild here are some more details:
