The aquarium is free on Wednesdays after 3pm but you do need to reserve tickets before hand. The tickets for every free Wednesday become available that Monday at 3pm. Be sure to select the amount of tickets (up to 4) before selecting the free slot. It was giving me issues when I was trying to reserve and I found this was the workaround.
